to ensure the best possible care, we have new procedures in place during the covid-19 pandemic.
for an appointment:
online appointments are available for reasons unrelated to illness (physicals, screenings, tb tests, immunizations, allergy shots, etc.). you may schedule online using the patient portal found at www.2sideline.com/studenthealth.
if you do not see the reason for your visit on the patient portal, please call our office at 450-3136 so we can determine the best plan for your appointment. some visits can be addressed over the phone (telehealth) while others may require you to come to the clinic for further evaluation. instructions will be provided before your visit, so please be patient with us. if you have any questions do not hesitate to ask.
unfortunately, walk-in services will not be available during this time.
when you arrive, you may check-in through the patient portal found at www.2sideline.com/studenthealth. select the appointment/patient portal tab, choose your appointment, then click on the blue check-in box.
if the patient portal isn’t available to you, then give us a call at (501) 450-3136. we will direct you to the appropriate area and let the nurse know you are here.
we ask that you not come inside the clinic; wait in your car or outside by the front doors. a nurse will be out to get you shortly.
face coverings are required during your visit. if you do not have one, we will provide you one before entering the building.
you may be asked to park behind the student health building. there is reserved parking available for you. remain in your car and a nurse will be with you shortly.
